The Holscot team has pioneered a technique to encapsulate linear items in a uniform fluoropolymer coating, delivering both functional enhancement and economic efficiency. This process is ideal for large-volume requirements where performance and precision matter.

We can encapsulate a wide range of substrates including:

  • Delicate materials: e.g. glass rods or capillaries

  • Rough surfaces: e.g. machined metal components

  • Flexible or elastic materials: such as silicone, Viton®, elastomers, and rubbers

We most commonly encapsulate circular cross sections, but our unique process can also accommodate square, rectangular, D-shaped and custom profiles. Currently, we offer encapsulation for items up to 35mm in cross-sectional diameter, but are always open to collaborating on custom dimensions or challenging new applications.
