Holscot manufactures and supplies precision PFA tubing using eight dedicated in-house extrusion lines.

We produce both standard and bespoke dimensions, including Schedule 40 pipe lining, serving industries that demand high-purity, chemically resistant, and temperature-tolerant materials. Standard sizes are frequently held in stock, allowing us to offer short lead times and rapid delivery.

Our PFA extrusion capability covers tubing sizes from:

Supplied lengths vary by specification. Small-diameter tubing is available in continuous coils extending into hundreds or even thousands of metres, while large-bore, heavy-wall extrusions are typically delivered in shorter runs of tens of metres.

Our standard extrusion grade is a general-purpose PFA resin selected for its exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical flexibility. We also stock a range of specialist variants, including conductive PFA, coloured masterbatch grades, and ultra high-purity resins, to meet the needs of critical applications across semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing sectors.
