Our main office, largest manufacturing facility, and warehouse are located in Grantham, England. We also have a manufacturing facility in Scotland and a European base Holscot Europe located in the Netherlands offering sales and warehousing for mainland Europe.
Our Grantham site is the centre of our manufacturing capabilities; from here we manage all our extrusion using FEP, PFA and ETFE products directly from raw material, producing tubing from 4mm up to 400mm diameter. Depending on the application, wall thickness can be controlled from as low as 0.1mm through to over 2.5mm.
This combination of scale, flexibility and in-house expertise is rare. We produce both custom extrusions and a wide range of standard sizes, allowing us to support customers with application-specific solutions as well as ongoing production requirements. The site also includes dedicated facilities for shatter-resistant covers used in UV and fluorescent lighting.
Building on our extrusion capability, we manufacture a range of downstream products including heat shrinkable sleeving, pipe and hose liners, and tubing for high-performance applications for example the seal industry.
Working with fluoropolymers requires specialist knowledge. Our team in Grantham has developed proven in-house techniques for welding and thermoforming these materials, allowing us to go beyond standard extrusion. Our welding methods produce clean, consistent joints, enabling the manufacture of large diameter sleeves, while our vacuum forming capability allows us to create complex, custom shapes. These processes can be combined to produce components such as bladders, diaphragms and containment solutions for demanding environments, including space and advanced engineering applications.

Holscot Northern Division specialises in the manufacture of Flange Shields and fitting of Heat Shrink Sleeving, as well as providing additional production capacity.
Flange Shields, are clear protective devices, widely used to prevent the possibility of chemical spillage and can be designed to fit both European and American pipe standards.
Additionally the unit, situated in Leven, Fife, carries out the fitting* of Heat Shrinkable sleeves for use in the paper, print, reprographic, lamination and textile industries.
